WHERE IT STARTED
Inspired by the legacy of Guo Kai — father of the founder.
A national team swimmer from 1965 to 1972, Guo Kai achieved outstanding results at the Second National Swimming Games of China and went on to coach the Shandong Provincial Swimming Team. Under his guidance, his athletes won medals in swimming, modern pentathlon, and finswimming at national, Asian, and world championships.
His international coaching journey extended to Kuwait, Egypt, and Singapore, where he shared his technical mastery and love for the sport.
Inspired by her father’s legacy, Coach Guo Xue founded Swim Perfect School to continue his passion for excellence and discipline in the water.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Sport wasn't something she did — it was who she was.
I grew up inside the Shandong Provincial Sports Team compound in China — my father a master swim coach, my mother a master gymnastics coach, sport was simply the air I breathed.
I began swimming at seven, afraid of the water. Within a month, determination won. I trained every day, earned a place on the Shandong Provincial Swimming Team at twelve, and went on to win multiple national medals.
After graduating from Shandong Sport University in 1999, I moved to Singapore and found my second calling: teaching. I founded Swim Perfect so every student could learn step by step, build solid technique, and discover their own potential in a warm, encouraging environment.
Swimming is more than a skill. It builds discipline, perseverance, and a more balanced, fulfilling life.

FIRST GENERATION
The Grandfather, Guo Kai
Shandong Provincial Swimming Team. World championship medals. Coached in China, Kuwait, Egypt, and Singapore from 1965 onwards. His swimming career laid the foundation for everything this school stands for.
SECOND GENERATION
The Founder, Crystal Guo Xue
Selected for Shandong Provincial Swimming Team at age 12. National Master Athlete (Elite Level), 1993. Founded Swim Perfect in Singapore after graduating university in 2004.
THIRD GENERATION
Son of Founder,
Justin Ng
Began competitive swimming at age 8 under the guidance of Grandfather Guo Kai and his mother, Founder Crystal Guo Xue. Competed in multiple local and overseas swimming competitions earning multiple invitational titles. Now works alongside his mother to continue the family's coaching legacy. AUSTSWIM and NROC certified coach dedicated to developing the next generation of swimmers.
